Azienda Agricola Torre Alberto, also known as Prime Querce, was founded in the 1950s through the work of Alberto Torre’s grandfather, who began production with just three buffaloes, laying the foundations for a family story that continues today with children and grandchildren.
Thanks to the artisanal tradition passed down from generation to generation, the farm has become a point of reference for the production of buffalo mozzarella, cheeses, yoghurts and other high-quality dairy products, combining traditional knowledge with production innovation.
In addition to agricultural and dairy activities, the property also offers agritourism services, including accommodation and restaurant facilities for an experience immersed in nature, authentic flavours and Cilento hospitality.
The farm is also certified as an Educational Farm by the Campania Region, guaranteeing the quality of educational programmes dedicated to schools and organised groups.
